I'd give them zero stars if I could. They advertise as being a UK company and give a UK address and mobile number but the items came from China. They advertised a portable WiFi unit for use while travelling, I received two WiFi extenders that you have to plug into the mains near the main router in the house. Two very different items. I, and many others, have tried to get a refund but they offer 25% and refuse to refund.
