I ordered a premium bangle for my husband's birthday and requested it to be hallmarked due to its value. The owner agreed, but after 8 weeks of numerous messages and a personal visit to inquire about the order, we were met with excuses. We were told it had been sent for hallmarking, but the assay office confirmed they never received it and had no backlog. The service promised a refund and to create another item, but after a month of waiting, we still have not received anything. It's concerning that issues arose after requesting hallmarking.
