I really hope that this review will change in a few months time - I want to give it 5 stars seriously. Currently I’m very, very on the fence - some of the advice I’m getting feels flat, withheld or reluctant, and that I really need to work hard to prompt the right questions to get any advice/feedback from the “legal experts”, I find this quite draining and that I’m wasting minutes (now adding to hours gone).I bought a large package with many hours, but I don’t really go away feeling that the sessions have been particularly helpful - after each session I feel unsatisfied and not really empowered. Uploading the documents ect, on the Valla platform at first seems useful - but as time has gone by it really does feel the “legal experts” don’t take the initiative to look at the documents beforehand, to try understand the “clients” and the case they’re providing “advice” to.I hope my experience will change, but right now it’s far below my expectations unfortunately. The only very real positive are the admins who are very responsive.
