The admin team Jade and Danny really go out of their way to organise a tailored service for you and respond quickly and patiently and politely. My coach Isabelle is perfect, the chilled out voice of reason I need during a very stressful time. She is so knowledgable and so great at understanding the legal issues and putting them in a straightforward way I never could.
