My experience with Valla so far is a bit of a mixed bag:Good: answer emails very quickly, videos on YouTube really helpful, paid advice before submitting the ET1 was fantastic.Not so good: It was lucky that I did pay for someone to check my ET1 because the way it's set out on Valla is absolutely useless for the actual form. Events are under categories of which form of discrimination they take, which then means that the timeline is all over the place. It also doesn't tell you anywhere that you need to write a background to the case, especially if it's complex. The judge needs to be able to see exactly what your complaints are. I also found the Remedy section extremely difficult, and there was no help with this.I do believe the Valla team are lovely and really do care about people, but there needs to be a lot more content to their site to continue to help people through every section of the process - I don't see anything about a list of issues or schedule of loss, both incredibly important to get right. They have been going for quite a while now, so it seems quite odd that the help is so limited.
