Ordered a pair of Ventures, as I like the look of them and since i’d already had a pair of Howlin’s that I was very happy with, i thought there would be no issue with the new model.Unfortunately, I was wrong. The Ventures frames were absolutely terrible quality, and I mean terrible. They looked and felt like they’d used the cheapest plastic available to them, and I can only imagine this is a naive attempt to increase their profit margins. Their sales volumes will undoubtedly suffer because of this huge deterioration in quality. I immediately returned them for a refund, which Vallon promptly issued to their credit. However, the honest review I posted on their own website about my experience has not been published (how odd!), hence my review here.
