I contacted support and was met with Lucía who was VERY helpful and communicative when I asked to change my order and proceeded to give me clear answers to other questions I had until my glasses came in a week and a half later.-The glasses themselves are amazing. They fit well, look insanely fashionable, and protect my eyes better than my standard issue ones in my workplace.
