Bought some sunglasses but they were too large for my head and didnt look right, followed the returns process to the letter - included all the customs declarations (thanks Brexit) but the package was rejected and then took 2.5 weeks to get back to me - I tried to contact Vallon customer support for advice as I was worried I'd breach the 30 day return limit - but have had no answer from them. I'm now stuck with a pair of £100 glasses that dont fit me and will have to try and sell them on elsewhere.
