It seems unlegitimate even though I responded to an ad on a video platform. I made a purchase on the 13th and have yet to receive a tracking number. The response to my email feels automated, stating there’s an issue with the carrier. If others are encountering similar issues, it may be time for them to be investigated. Still waiting for tracking information, and my last email went unanswered. The address provided doesn't trace back to a business but to a residence.
