Avoid this company at all costs. Their practices are highly misleading. They claim to have refund offices in a specific location, but if you need to return an item, you must ship it to another country at your own expense, which can be very costly. There’s also a significant risk of the parcel being held in customs, and if that happens, the company refuses to issue a refund, claiming they never received the item. This operation is quite sneaky and dishonest. DO NOT USE. Additionally, the sizing is completely inaccurate and does not adhere to standard measurements. For example, I ordered a large coat, but when it arrived, it was closer to an extra small or a teenager’s size.
