Large dent in the main support frame of the rack I bbought. Also some. Of the bolt holes weren't properly punched out. Didn't happen in shipping. My son tossed the shipping boxes so the return process would've been a hassle so we kept it. It still works but I wish I would've spent my money elsewhere. My time is very limited so when I order something, I want it to be a quality product and not have to do the emailing back and forth to right the issue which was the case here.
