Took quite a while for item to be received since it was shipped from Italy. When I received it I recognized that it was a lesser version of the model I ordered. Sent emails, including photos, that clearly explained that the item they sent was missing two important features. They continue to insist that I got what I ordered. Specific item ordered was ULANZI Magnetic Phone Tripod model MA38. Item received was the ULANZI Magnetic Phone Tripod model X99. No photos or descriptions were enough to convince them that I received the wrong product. They will not pay for return shipping, but they did offer to send me $4 usd.
