When I first contacted them, I was asked to send photos of my teeth. They advised I needed 24 crowns, but I had concerns about some cracked teeth. They assured me this was all I needed at a high cost. Upon arrival, they said I couldn't get crowns as my teeth were loose and needed extensive procedures instead, costing nearly double. I felt pressured to accept this and, ultimately, had to cover my own hotel and taxi expenses. The taxi they promised never showed up, and they did not respond to my calls. If anyone is considering dental work in Turkey, I would advise against this service. It was the worst experience of my life.
