It is so hard to redeem the gift…

It is so hard to redeem the gift vouchers I have one I am trying to get fixed It does not have a $20 balance on it Has no balance As it has everything else on it I tried to use it and it was declined. Also if I order 2 vouchers in one go I only get one back. Have not checked to see if the points have been taken off for 2 vouchers. Sorry about this but it is annoying
