I can't recommend these cards enough... Lots to choose from, easily personalised with your own message inside and a lovely quality and size... I wouldn't order from Anywhere else!
Probably shared responsibility with DPD for this... firstly if it weren't for us having a camera in back garden we wouldn't have seen the box dropped over a locked 6ft gate . Deleveries never come to back door as easier from front. When i shouted to driver that he was at wrong side of house he nver really responded other than that was parcel delivered. One point to make , on delivery it was requested parcel to be delivered to 43 next door , so why didn't he? The flowers were a bit battered but hoped they would be revived in water. This morning they looked withered already. Tried to put comments on both groups but unable to comment.
I never received my card, even after paying for expedited shipping, which was frustrating on its own. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund, instead pointing fingers at the postal service and offering credit to make another purchase. I think I’ll choose a different platform next time, as I’ve never encountered issues with them before.
My son ordered flowers for his grandmother's 90th birthday, but they wilted within two days. She didn't want to tell him as they were a gift. When she contacted the support team, they refused to assist her since she didn't place the order. Quite insensitive, so be cautious if you decide to buy flowers, as the ones he got were not suitable.
