I am sharing my experience with V Amazon and HomelyCraft4U to help others make informed decisions.
I engaged V Amazon to assist in establishing and managing an Amazon FBA business with a money-back guarantee. Based on their representations regarding product sourcing, supplier selection with complete vetting, and account management, I was advised to purchase three products, Jandy Valves, Unicel filters, and Fieldpiece wires, totaling $24,000 in inventory from their recommended supplier, HomelyCraft4U.
After the inventory was purchased and submitted to Amazon, Amazon started sale and customers reported "Chinese brand not genuine" based on customers negative feedback Amazon suspended my account, and requested valid invoices for product verification with source of origin and complete supply chain documents. Unfortunately, the documentation provided by HomelyCraft4U was not accepted under Amazon’s policies. As a result:
1. My inventory was held and later disposed of by Amazon
2. My Amazon seller account was suspended
3. I was unable to generate any sales
4. I suffered financial losses exceeding $33,000, which include inventory costs, Amazon shipping charges, storage fees, disposal fees, and legal expenses incurred while working with my attorney to issue formal legal notices.
In written communication, V Amazon acknowledged that incorrect, counterfeit, and non-compliant products were shipped under my account. I am currently in the process to take legal action to recover my losses.
Several individuals were directly involved in this fraud, including John Anderson(key person and a fake name), Sufyan Ahmed of V Amazon Consultants, and Muhammad Omer Naqi of HomelyCraft4U, who appeared to be operating remotely from Pakistan. In my experience, they demonstrated limited understanding of Amazon’s compliance and listing requirements. Communication was inconsistent, and my attempts to obtain clarification and resolution were often unanswered.
Public records indicate that both companies were registered in 2024, which conflicts with claims of long-standing business operations.
Based on these events, my account suspension and financial loss resulted from inadequate guidance, insufficient documentation, and improper product handling. I have reported this matter to the appropriate authorities and am pursuing legal remedies.
I strongly advise anyone considering working with these companies to conduct thorough due diligence and proceed with caution.
