The Jon boat jack plate shipped quickly, only took 3 days. When unpacked looked like a well made assembly. Had paper work on date made and by who. Plus who inspected and date. Install was not hard to do with basic tools. Mount motor, adjust height I needed, tighten bolts up and ready for a test ride. Happy with the product.
