I received a gift well past the promised delivery date. The delivery service did not update their status, which was not the fault of the company. However, the packing quality was subpar, lacking proper materials and using excessive glue to secure items. A quarter of the gift box was empty, and one item was missing without notification to the sender. It took three attempts to get a response regarding whether the packing chips were organic, and they did not address my question properly. It appears customer service is lacking or uninformed. I cannot recommend this service.
