Absolute shambles of a service. Flowers to be delivered between 5 and 6pm on a Friday. Not delivered. No reason given. Arranged to be delivered on tge Sunday. Not delivered. No reason and no apology. Customer care were defensive and of little use. As I write this I'm waiting for them to be delivered...(today is Monday). I'm not holding my breath. Lesson learned. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
