Sold them several of our company vehicles in May and they told us to give them the V5s and they deal with transferring ownership (our error - should not have been so trusting!) and they then sold on a vehicle without transferring ownership to themselves beforehand or then transferring over to the new keeper. New keeper is clearly aware they’re not the registered keeper as we have received 14 PCN notices for driving in clear air zones, bus lanes, parking fines etc etc! Vandervan have been no help at all and just tell us to dispute the PCNs and give the new keeper details. They say there must have been a “admin error” and management will contact us but no one ever does and stopped answering my calls. DVLA are investigating because they have not received any correspondence that there has been a change of ownership. Until DVLA sort the matter we just keep receiving the PCNs (got another 5 yesterday) and having to go through the process of explaining to these companies that we don’t own the vehicle but don’t actually have any proof we don’t because we trusted this company to transfer them!
