I signed up for a 2 hr credit course in real estate finance and got a graduate level course which had 7 quizzes, a final exam which required an 85% score to pass and took more than 10 hours to complete. And That was with me skimming the text after 2 hours had elapsed and taking the final exam twice. (The first time I got a 78%). A call to the company to complain fell on deaf ears. Then the certificate was almost impossible to find (look under “disclosures”) and it doesn’t list the credit hours awarded. I hope I don’t have trouble if I am audited. Finally, no response three days after I requested a certificate with stated credit hours.Excellent material in this course but not advertised correctly. And poor customer service. Very aggravating.
