Extremely Late Arrival and Poor Quality

Firstly, it arrived three weeks later than the estimated shipping time. When it finally got here, the product didn't even resemble my dog on the packaging. Everything was in a foreign language. Very disappointing, and I won't be ordering again.

This Service is Untrustworthy

This service is untrustworthy. They took my money without sending my order, providing a fake tracking number that falsely indicated the package was delivered daily. Each time I checked, the delivery date was pushed to the current day.

Poor Quality Product and Unhelpful Support

I ordered a special gift for my husband. The quality of the paper was subpar, and it was too large for the container. The product they sent was so inadequate that it didn’t even fit properly. They offered a 10% credit and then said they would refund me minus shipping fees, but returning it would cost more than the item itself. I won't be ordering from them again. Very disappointing.
