Van Hallen Melbourne - you would think it is in Melbourne but is actually an overseas company. Delivery took 2 weeks. When it arrived, it was not like the picture online, the quality was much lower than expected. I have since found it online for significantly cheaper than what I paid. I could return for a full refund at my own expense, overseas, and paying customs fees or accept a 40% refund. They were nice to deal with but this does not negate all of the issues which could have been avoided with clear, consistent messaging about the company and its location. All in all, very disappointing. Lesson learned - won’t buy again from them and will be more careful checking the location of unknown brands before purchase next time.
