Other than the customer service lady being lovely everything else about this company sucks. Nothing about this company is Australian. I Wish I had researched before making a waste of money purchase. Ordered shoes, took forever to arrive and they looks nothing like the picture. The quality is beyond terrible and the sizing is off too. To make it worse if, you wish to return the items you have to return them to china and cover the customs and international delivery fee. If I could give this zero stars I would.
