If I could give negative scores I would.1. Advertised as Melbourne 2. Address is Netherlands 3. Product quality is absolutely appalling and nothing like the AI photos they obviously use4. Oh my god the return process is ridiculous- have to take products out of packaging and use a tape measure the take photos to show sizing, tell why your not happy then offered 3 options before finally agreeing to a “full refund” only to then be told to fill out a returns form and then the big catch - at least 50-60% of what you paid will be in return postage costs The WORST COMPANY EVER I have dealt with.This is an absolute SCAM and someone (Michael the owner) is sitting in his mansion making $$$$$ out of probably poor paid people and ripping off everyday hard working people who think they are buying a great product that is nothing like the advertisingDisgusted and appalled you are allowed to operate !
