Not impressed tried to con me by stating I'd not asked for the right type of insurance!! Said I'd not put commuting that I wanted, had the same problem the night before from their sister company and cancelled the insurance straight away, didn't realise i was using the same parent company until the same situation arose!! Asked for a full refund but never got all my deposit back which they asked me to pay in 2 lots of payments!! Beware that you don't get suckered in, still not totally happy with the outcome they lowered the cost I wanted insuring and upped my excess without asking !! Only reason I used them was needed to get insurance soon!!
