I found this company via a comparison site, the Insurance was reasonable priced untill a few months later I sold the van and cancelled the policy. They then charged me £188 to cancel my policy! Because when cancelling they remove a discount that I wasn’t even aware I was given and had to pay back. Looking back through the documents none of the pricing seems to make sense and It seems unfair that I had to pay back a discount for a service I no longer have and end up £188 out of pocket. Would not recommend this company they do anything to screw the customer over with extra unnecessary charges.
Also the hold times to contact them are very long and you can request a callback which would be easier but they don’t actually call back so is pointless.
