Our experience with the hair, makeup, and photoshoot team was absolutely brilliant , professional, creative, and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the final part of the day with the woman responsible for selling the photo packages completely ruined what had been a fantastic experience up until that point.Her approach was aggressive, rude, and wholly unprofessional. When we explained that we couldn’t stay for an additional hour to review all 70+ images , due to a scheduled business meeting and a train to catch after a long trip into London, we were met with condescending remarks like “Look, I’m trying to help you” and “You had one of the best photographers who worked extremely hard.”What followed was a blatant attempt at high-pressure sales that felt cheap, inappropriate, and frankly insulting. The environment became so uncomfortable that I hastily selected just one photo from the six I was allowed to view , despite there being over 70 taken. It’s unacceptable that a customer is made to feel so uneasy that they can’t even look through what they paid for.To make matters worse, my business partner was told that if I selected my photo immediately, her photos would be deleted unless she also selected hers right then and there. Excuse me ; what? How is that even remotely acceptable business practice?While a Zoom viewing was eventually offered, the damage had already been done. The woman’s tone, attitude, and lack of professionalism made it clear I did not want to engage further, and I certainly wasn’t going to sacrifice my weekend to deal with someone I no longer trusted.It's a real shame. The creative team nailed it, but the sales experience at the end turned what should have been a celebratory moment into something I just wanted to escape from. We understand the process takes time we were there for nearly four hours, but to be treated with such disregard for our time and boundaries was simply unacceptable.
