I recently had a wonderful photoshoot experience. I've not always had the best luck with hair and makeup experiences in the past – it often ends up feeling overdone and I end up not looking like myself (which I hated). But the team here really listened, and I looked like me! I’d asked for two sets of photos, some professional headshots for LinkedIn, and a few more personal ones with my mum, who’s 80. We both had such a lovely time. The team were so kind and attentive, especially with my mum, and really made her feel special. It wasn’t rushed, and more importantly, there was no hard sell, just a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish.As someone who was definitely a sceptical, I can honestly say it was a great experience and I love the photos. Many thanks to the team for a lovely day (and sorry for the delay in writing the review!)
