Avoid this Company!!!I was approached in the town to buy a voucher being told the full amount was £50 (I imagined they’d be a persuasive sell to buy more prints later which I would consider at the time) I was then told when validating it & booking you had to pay a further £50 deposit that I could cancel at any time. I paid it but I was miffed as I couldn’t afford that money at the time & stated I was not made aware of this booking deposit in the first instance. The guy on the phone clearly said it was £50 upon hearing my unsureness to continue and that I could cancel at any time. As my voucher was about to expire & I felt put on the spot I paid the amount. Then look at my account and they’ve taken £100 without my permission! I’ve now asked for the FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit back and they are now saying I could gift it to someone else when I’ve clearly stated I’m in financial difficulty as a result of them taking more than agreed & want my money back. It’s 2 months before the booked appointment and I just want my money back. There’s lots of good reviews on this company and I’m unsure why there are not more bad with the obvious mis selling & the deceptive experience I have had from the off.
