Horrible Experience at Vanity Studios!!My friend and I were excited about our day at Vanity Studios after being approached at Pub in the Park. We were sold on the idea of a fun photo shoot, so we each paid £40 and made a £150 deposit to secure our date.When booking, we were advised to bring different outfits, so we packed two changes of clothes. We planned on using just one free picture that came with the package and couldn’t afford an extra £100 for more photos. Upon arrival, we took photos in our two outfits. However, when reviewing our options later, the technician informed us that to get our £150 deposit refunded, we needed to have four outfits each. This critical detail was never communicated to us while booking! When we complained, we were told it was mentioned in the T&Cs email they sent. After rereading the email, we found no mention of needing four outfits, only to go into the actual T&Cs. We were devastated and in tears because we simply couldn't afford to lose that £150!This experience has left us feeling frustrated and misled. I would not recommend Vanity Studios based on how we were treated and the lack of transparency.
