Update: I finally received the "extra" "free" photo, the rest of my review still stands I bought a promo voucher for £60, thinking it would be a great deal for corporate headshots without fully understanding the fine print. Included in the price of the voucher you get one image. Additional images are £100. I bought two additional images, bringing my total to £260. I was therefore very shocked to see that a corporate headshot package on their website is £195, so £65 less than what I paid. I wrote to the client experience team and got this response:"You're absolutely right that the promotional offer can work out more expensively in some cases.... When a client purchases an upfront package directly from us, it is slightly better value as they have guaranteed a small spend, and all of the funds go to the studio. As you came to us on a promotion that was purchased externally, we would not be able to refund the difference. I will send you an image gallery to select an additional shot, which will make this up in terms of value."That seemed like a reasonable concession... However it's now been a week since that last message and I haven't received diddly.It's also very strange that you don't receive a gallery of all of your images! I've had a lot of headshots and you ALWAYS receive a gallery, with 1-3 retouched high res images in your package, which you can generally chose at a later date. I have some buyer's remorse with the images I chose, and wish i would have had more time to think it over.On the positive side, the make-up lady and the photographer were fantastic. I wasn't pleased with how the stylist did my hair, but the stylist was very nice.
