A great experience

I bought a voucher for a session for my three daughters and I as a 21st birthday present for my eldest daughter. I will admit to being nervous ahead of our appointment. I don't like to be touched, I hate having my photograph taken and I was worried about a potentially pushy salesperson at the end trying to get me to spend money I don't have. However, my fears were unfounded and I found the atmosphere to be very relaxed throughout.Upon arrival we were offered drinks, our luggage was safely stowed out of the way and it was time for hair, nails and makeup. The ladies were lovely listening to how we wanted our hair styled, and my makeup lady was particularly patient with my flinching reflex every time she touched my eyes! An hour to an hour and a half later we all looked suitably glamourous and it was time for the photo shoot.We took the advice around six outfit changes literally. Turns out we didn't need them all but I was glad we had them as the photographer spent some time helping us select the best outfits that would create the best group shots. The photographer was amazing, very patient and took the time to put us all at ease. We had A LOT of fun - even me (did I mention I hate having my photo taken?!). After a happy couple of hours in various poses it was time for some decision making - some very tricky decisions as there were so many beautiful photographs. The lady went through all the different pricing options and helped us with excluding various shots, making suggestions as to which individual portraits would like good as a collection which helped us to whittle down the pictures to a number that I could afford. No pushy sales techniques - just listening to our budget stipulations and helping us to stay within that whilst also coming away with some beautiful pictures and memories to last a lifetime. I was really happy with the overall experience and we all had a great day. Thank you so much.
