It was a birthday treat for me and my sister. The receptionist and make-up ladies were proficient and friendly. However, the photographer's manner made it very clear that it was a chore to take my pictures, being a plain overweight pensioner compared to my sister. I do not like having my photo being taken but needed a professional portrait and it took a lot of courage to go. He loved my sister's outfits and dismissed mine. Whilst he obviously enjoyed and expressed how good the shots were with my sister, the best he could say to me was, no reflection from my spectacles or got the lighting right on my skin. I was close to tears and even my sister was surprised that I did not walk out as he made feel so bad. My sister's photos were stunning.
