Horrible experience with this umbrella of companies. Spend approximately 4 hours on the phone in total and the price kept going up and up. They also told me my named driver had been driving for 26 years and that is bollox as he has 100% been driving for 40 years and it says that on his license. Horrible customer service and not keen to actually give me an acurate quote. Do not recommend. Obviously have too good to be true prices. Also they hungup 3 times and to mention i was nothing but polite. Thanks
Bumped my van insurance up by about £300 on my renewal. Amazing that when I phoned up to cancel because I found it cheaper. They were able to knock nearly £400 off the renewal told them no thanks you should have offered that in the first place. So asked them to cancel the renewal. Which they never did guy just hung up phone on me and was a bit rude with it. I’ve just canceled my direct debit as I’m not wasting anymore time trying to contact them. It’s funny how were your buying a policy there’s loads of available agents but not when your canceling
Waste of time they will take your money and cancel your insurance or state your drive is a drop down kerb drive
....?..double your policy then take payment and have the audacity to cancel without notice in the middle of nowhere at 3:25 pm on the M25 an leave with your pocket empty....total scam close brothers side hustle.....new customers beware..
Spend that little extra with a more reputable company what a joke
TOTAL DISASTER! My policy was auto-renewed without my consent, and there's NO way to cancel it! I've been trying to reach support for 4 DAYS with no response! After an hour on hold, I finally spoke to someone, but they just transferred me to another department that tried to pass me off again! My policy is still active, and I'm left waiting for a callback. It's been 4 days! They've even withdrawn funds from my account without my approval! This is a complete farce!
