This is an update to a previous review covering our purchase of a van from Van National.
Having bought the vehicle we very quickly had some fault warnings and a couple of other issues crop up.
This wasn’t ideal but what is worthy of comment was the standard of service we received in putting the problems right.
After being allowed to get a local garage to assess the faults the van was taken back by Van National for all the necessary work to be completed without charge. A loan vehicle was provided along with regular updates.
The whole process was managed by Danielle in their after sales department who really tried hard to make everything right. Her customer service work was excellent.
I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this company in the future if this was an example of the standard of care they provide when things do go a bit wrong.
