Been using these folks to sell my flat, and I'm super impressed. They been attentive, seemingly had a backlog of interested buyers, and generally have been super fast and efficient.They found a buyer literally in a day! and while we are now going through the process of all the paper work, regardless if the sale goes through or not, I'm impressed with these folks. They been super attentive, supportive and just seems on it.All in all, I been delighted with the service I got from them. The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is due to the fact there must be some room for improvement in their advertised fees.
