He was always on hand to answer any questions that I had, he arranged a viewing for our property ASAP and once the landlord was happy with our offer, he ensured that we were well updated with how far along in the application process we were etc! We'd had a rubbish experience with our previous letting agents so I was pretty apprehensive about moving again but Ben put me at ease and has set the bar for how an agent should be ! I also really appreciated his colleague Jo-Anne coming all the way to our property with the keys on move in date as I couldn't pick them up due to tube delays! Next level and top tier service!
