I made my first order last night and realised this morning I'd ordered the wrong item. (ordered kids, needed adults size) I dropped them an e-mail this morning to say 'don't send I'll call and pay the difference'. Called them and spoke to a very nice person who said 'no problem, we've picked up your message and we're sending the adults size out at no extra cost, we all make mistakes'.
