I ordered the wrong product and wanted to return it. They told me under such conditions they are not obligated to pay for the shipment; fair enough. They gave me the address to send it to, I returned the product a few days ago and today I got the package back with no explanation why they don't accept it. Terrible customer service - never buy from Vantrue!
