The product itself was good, the quality and stitching too. But the button came off and there were minor errors. HOWEVER the delivery process was nerve wrecking!!! I had received an email thay i will be notified once my parcel ships but i was never notified and after waiting for weeks i contacted the customer support and i was told that my order was returned back. I was never contacted hy Vanya or the courier company and upon investigation i was told that the item is sold out. When i further pursued the matter and told that i was never contacted or parcel never came the order was scheduled for redelivery. Again, It was not delivered by the courier company i had contacted them many times and vanya as well but they kept saying tomorrow it will be delivered. I also logged the complain many times at the courier service but all in vain. At last i had to go for pick up where the courier office and the staff was highly negligible and i was sent branch to branch, M&P is the worst courier service they wasted my time and money.
