Avoid at all cost I ordered from vape big on the 23rd of march was meant to be delivered on the 26th of march but was delivered to wrong address. I emailed vape big and they said that Royal Mail have said it was delivered correctly but if you look at the picture of where it was delivered it is the wrong front door. Vape big said they were going to appeal the Royal Mail but have now completely stopped responding. Really poor customer service. All I want is what I ordered.
