I’m disappointed with my experience. I placed an order over a month ago (Order #54665) and initially reached out on March 7th regarding an issue. After waiting patiently, I finally received a response offering a refund — but since then, communication has completely stopped.It’s now been weeks with no update, no resolution, and most importantly, no refund. Multiple attempts to follow up have been ignored, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.At this point, I feel completely let down as a customer. Poor communication and failure to follow through on a promised refund is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing.Addition after a reply to my review!!!I appreciate that you offered but I then received an email saying we are still looking into this refund, its not about me getting few quid back its frustrating when its been a month and you still looking into this refund not professional at all
