Contacted customer support 2 weeks later, still no delivery.Asked for full address and advised me royal mail have lost my parcel and would I like a refund or a replacement. Foolish me would still like the items I paid for so I proceeded with replacement.Still haven't received the items I've paid for despite it now showing as delivered - customer service is absolutely abysmal. My advice would be to steer well clear of using this platform to order anything you intend to receive - if you feel inclined to give away free money perhaps it would he better in the hands of a charity rather than the hands of an incompetent business model.
