Hands down best customer service! I've ordered so many times I've lost count. Only had a few defective vapes but account is credited within a few hours usually - no questions asked! Availability of product flavors varies - but I imagine that's just an industry thing as I had the same issue with purchasing local before discovering VapeMarkdown.com. However, if I check back in a few days/week or so, the flavors seem to rotate and I find my preferences in stock. Since I stock up - this isn't an issue for me. Usually, I order around holidays - they typically offer sales.
