{update: I recieved a refund finally so I'm changing from 1 to 3 stars}I ordered 10 disposable vapes from this site and 2 were defective. In their "about us" section it says, "If you have questions, comments or concerns about your order or the content found within this website, please feel free to contact us via telephone or email and one of our experienced team members will get back to you right away." First of all, there's no phone number listed under "Phone". Secondly, they did respond to me within one day and asked which vapes were defective... HOWEVER, I responded 3 times over the last 4 months and they haven't replied since then. 20% of defective product isn't a gamble I'm willing to take with this company again, especially when I'm paying for shipping.
