Having the exact same issues as another persons review I read. Ordered (and paid for) on 12/7. Since then I've received 2 emails containing 2 different tracking numbers stating my package is on its way. Nothing arrived after the first one so I contact the support team and received a lovely reply thanking me for my patientce and explaining that they are having to use an alternate shipping route due to the Australian border laws.I then received the 2nd email with a different tracking number. Have tried to track but apparently this number does not exist either. Ive sent yet another email to the support team to query this, however im not holding my breath...Im guessing I got scammed 😡 let's hope im Proven wrong!
