I was quite doubtful when placing my order due to negative reviews I had seen online. Yet, I chose to give it a shot myself. It took around 10 days for my order to arrive, and I was anxious the whole time since the tracking indicated that the package hadn’t been handed over to the carrier. When I contacted the support team, the representatives were somewhat curt and irritated, but they assured me that my order was on its way. I was nearly convinced I wouldn’t receive my package. Then, it arrived yesterday! The products are fantastic and the packaging is excellent. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will definitely order again.
