I ordered liquids multiple times after the last issue with local regulations, but thankfully I found another online store. Delivery times are unreasonably long (I now receive deliveries from France in just a week) – their tracking system often shows updates before anything has actually shipped. The customer service – if you can call it that – is absolutely terrible. If there’s a problem with your order (which happens frequently), don’t expect a professional response. If an item is suddenly out of stock (also a common issue), they won’t call or email you – you’ll just get a message in their internal chat (which doesn’t send notifications) stating: “You have 24 hours to choose something else.” My last order was the worst; they sent a concentrate that had expired a year ago (it had no flavor). If you're looking for excitement with the “customer service” chat, and you love taking risks – this shop is for you! For everyone else, I highly recommend staying away, no matter how much you may want a specific flavor – there are better options available.
