Good prices, large selection, but in case of a problem there is no real help. In total, I made 4 orders in this store Order 1 - everything ok, delivery after 5 days. order 2 and 3 - 5 days after ordering, the shipment was marked as return. even though it was a delivery to a pickup point, at first it was proven to me that I was the one who did not pick up the parcel, but eventually it was found that it was the courier who was there outside opening hours. I received a refund in the form of coupons, but I had to pay for the next shipment at my own expense. order 4 - parcel delivered 10-10, delivery 16-10. 17-10 I contact CS on the website because the e-cigarette does not work as it should - this is my third product of this type, but it is the first time I have encountered such a problem, so I want to send the product back for warranty. Customer service informs me that it is definitely my fault and if I send the product back, they will return it to me if it works. Yes, it turns on and you can vape, but each time you remove the pod, it ends up being damaged. after asking to send shipping stickers, CS keeps informing me that I have to do it at my own expense and if the specialist determines that it is a product defect, they will issue a refund - the specialist is supposed to be someone from the company's office in Riga, which at the beginning confirmed that the equipment was working properly. The next chat messages from CS were in the form of an order in capital letters with an exclamation point - which seems unprofessional. I refused to contribute to the costs and asked for a refund in accordance with consumer law to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, this message was ignored and my chat was closed. additionally, in order number 4, some of my liquids arrived after the expiry date (which was not mentioned on the website in the case of the 10 ml liquid) to sum up, the prices and selection of products in this store are exemplary, but in case of any problems customer care 0/5. this company will determine without investigating the matter that it is not their fault and you have to pay it.
